COVID-19 Policies

Our practice is now back to running in a ‘COVID-normal’ fashion. We continue to see new and existing patients for both consultations and procedures. As per Government guidelines, we are once more able to perform all types of procedures for our patients.

 

The pandemic is with us for the foreseeable future, and it is imperative that your important healthcare needs are not deferred, as this may lead to problems of its own. We are here to continue looking after you in a safe manner.

We are taking all precautions to ensure your safety when you visit our facilities during the pandemic:​

• We have spaced out our appointments to reduce the amount of people in the clinic at any time

• We have modified our waiting room to ensure adequate social distancing between patients

• Masks and hand sanitiser are available for patient and visitor use

• Tele-consults are available to patients

 

Things you can to do to limit the risk of infection:

• Limit accompanying persons to consultations to one person only

• Do not attend for consultation or procedure if you are unwell on the day with any flu-like symptoms or fever. Contact our office immediately to discuss alternatives including rescheduling or having a tele-consult instead
